Since 2019 we’ve been working with Taylor Wimpey to deliver 73 new homes at Shenley Church End.

We are pleased to share that sales have now been completed on all private market dwellings at the development.

Located on the south-western outskirts of Milton Keynes, the development has been named Shenley Park and comprises three, four and five-bedroom homes. These high-quality homes are set in green open space with convenient access to the city centre and they have proven popular with buyers.

Of the 73 units, there is a mix of tenures with 46 private market homes and 27 affordable properties (36 per cent).
