Andrew Pollard

Andrew is a highly experienced property professional with more than 30 years’ experience in placemaking, property asset management and public‑sector leadership. He has led and advised complex joint ventures across the UK, working closely with councils, government and local partners to bring forward new uses for land and buildings.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor, solicitor and barrister, Andrew has held senior roles at board level in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and internationally, for the last 20 years. Most recently, he has chaired organisations focused on property, sustainability and infrastructure, including Bristol Waste and Nottingham City Homes and is a Senior Consultant with Allectus Law. He was also CEO of Place Partnership, an award‑winning property asset management group that delivered more than £80 million in public‑sector savings while unlocking new development and community facilities.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and a qualified Barrister.
