MKDP has launched a new development opportunity at Emerson Valley.

Located 2.75 miles to the south-east of Central Milton Keynes, the 0.6-acre site benefits from local amenities including green spaces at Tattenhoe Valley Linear Park and Howe Park Wood, as well as a local convenience store, post office, and MK RUFC.

A density of around 35 dwellings per hectare is considered appropriate for the site.

A minimum of 36% of homes need to be affordable in line with MKDP requirements.

The deadline for conditional offers has now closed.  The development partner will be announced in 2025.
